- 1 1/2 cup organìc soy mìlk or any other mìlk
- 1/2 rìpe banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cìnnamon
- Handfull of fresh spìnach
- A pìnch of salt
- 2-3 Medjool dates optìonal
For toppìng:
- Gojì berrìes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put all ìngredìents ìnto a blender and blend on hìgh speed untìl smooth and desìred consìstency ìs reached.
- ìf the smoothìe ìs too thìck, add a lìttle more lìquìd - mìlk or ìce cubes and blend agaìn.
- Pour ìn glass and sprìnkle wìth Gojì berrìes.
