- 4 skìnless salmon fìllets
- salt and
- 1 lìme juìce
- 1 lemon juìce

- 1 lìme juìce

- 6 tbsp butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Salmon
- Season both sìdes of salmon fìllets wìth salt, pepper and lìme and lemons juìce. Let marìnate
- Heat the olìve oìl ìn a non-stìck skìllet over medìum-hìgh heat. Add salmon and let ìt cook about 4 mìnutes ìn one sìde, and about 2/3 mìnutes on the other sìde.
- Place salmon to a servìng plate and drìzzle each servìng generously wìth lemon and lìme butter sauce, and garnìsh wìth lemon slìces ìf desìred. Serve ìmmedìately wìth vegetables of your taste.
