Ingredients
- Dry Pasta 16 oz (I used Penne but any pasta will work)
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Garlic minced, 2 tbsp
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Chicken broth 1 cup
- Half and half 2 cups
- Pepper 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese grated, 3/4 cup
- Mozzarella cheese shredded, 2 cups
- Kielbasa 12 oz
- Dried parsley 1 tbsp
Instructions
- begin by preparation your alimentary paste in keeping with package directions, drain, and put aside.
- during a giant pot soften butter then add in minced garlic. enable to cook for 1-2 minutes then whisk in flour. Whisk along till flour and butter area unit combined.
- Whisk in chicken stock and half and half. Add salt and pepper and whisk for five minutes till thickened. Add cheese and one cup cheese and stir till cheese is fusible.
- heat up your kitchen appliance to 350 degrees F. Add roast alimentary paste to a casserole dish and pour over do-it-yourself heat Alfredo sauce and blend. Slice kielbasa and place it within the casserole dish. I mixed in 1/2 mine and placed the remainder on prime. prime with remaining cheese cheese and sprinkle on parsley. Bake for 10-15 minutes or till cheese is fusible and bubbly. Serve and enjoy!
