Ingredients

  •  2 cups all purpose Flour
  •  teaspoon Baking Powder
  •  1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  •  1/2 teaspoon Salt
  •  2 Eggs, large and at room temperature
  •  1 cup Yogurt, plain
  •  1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  •  1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  •  1/2 cup brown Sugar, firmly packed
  •  1/2 cup white Sugar
  •  1 1/3 cup Cranberries, preferably fresh and chopped
  •  cup white Chocolate chips
  •  1-2 tablespoons white Sugar

Instructions

  • heat kitchen appliance to 400F/200C. Line your quick bread pan with paper cups.
  • in a very giant bowl, whisk along the flour, leaven, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Set aside.
  • In another bowl whisk the eggs and also the dairy product along. Add within the oil, seasoning and 1/2 cup every brown and white sugar. combine till combined. combine each the wet and dry ingredients.
  • Fold within the cranberries and chocolate chips. Spoon the batter into the ready quick bread pan dividing it equally. Sprinkle the remaining sugar on high of the muffins. Bake within the preheated kitchen appliance for 18-20 minutes or till a tester inserted within the center comes out clean.
