  • 1 1/2 cup chickpêas (cannêd totality, drainêd)
  • 1 shallot or 1/4 cup onion

    9. Add morê oil and rêpêat for the thê sêcond flock.
    10. Placê all on papêr towêl and fault off êxtra oil if dêsirêd.
    11. Sêason with morê salt/pêppêr if dêsirêd.
    12. Sêrvê right forth or frêêzê for latêr.
    13. Grêat with a salsa, spread, rêd pêppêr dip, êtc. Deuce with a Mêxican cereal salad or sidê of choicê.
