Zucchini Noodles Mac & Cheese |
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 medium zucchini spiralized
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- salt to taste
Directions:
- Add oil to an oversized cooking pan and produce to medium high heat. Once oil is hot, add in zucchini noodles. Cook till water releases and zucchini area unit simply overdone (tender however still crisp). shut down heat. Drain zucchini noodles and pat dry.
- in a very medium cooking pan, add butter. Bring cooking pan to low heat till butter is thawed. Add in flour and whisk till sleek intermixture forms.
- Add in cream, cheese, mustard and seasoning. Bring cooking pan to medium heat. Whisk and stir till cheese is totally thawed and sauce is thick and sleek. style and add salt if required.
- Add zucchini noodles to bechamel. Toss till zucchini is equally coated in sauce. Serve forthwith.
