- 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Large Yellow Onion minced
- 1 Large Green Bell Pepper minced
- 4 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 28 oz. Can Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 cup of water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add onion and green bell pepper. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Saute for five minutes.
