- 1 red and 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Tbsp cold water mixed with 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- buttered rice or noodles
FREEZER DIRECTIONS
Combine initial seven ingredients in an exceedingly gallon sized fridge bag.
