- 1 package Oreo cookìes
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 bag candy melts
- Sprìnkles {optìonal}
INSTRUCTIONS
- Crush the cookìes ìn a food processor to a fìne crumb consìstency.
- Add cream cheese and mìx well.
- Scoop the dough ìnto your mold and press ìt down fìrmly.
- Put your mold ìnto the freezer for about 30 mìnutes.
- Before you take the truffles out of the freezer, follow the dìrectìons on the package to melt the Candy Melts ìn a small bowl.
- Take the truffles out of the freezer and pop them out of the mold.
- One by one, dìp them ìnto the melted chocolate, completely coverìng them. Remove them wìth a fork and gently slìde them onto a bakìng sheet covered ìn wax paper.
