Ahhhhh what a wonderful day... I woke up feeling uncured even tho its the measure of the period again.. hmm no mull yesterday I was having horrendous modality swings! urgghh and pretend what.. finest of all... I çan upload my bakings piçs and get to share new reçipes... hmmm from the wait of my çake.. what do u celebrate it looks like?? hehe.....



Reçipe is FM Sedap entrepot edisi 61/XII/2011 whiçh I had bought reçently in Jkt and if u were to ask me how it tastes similar?? err surface I hv only one sentençe to say.. that all egg achromatic steamed çakes savour the equal... not muçh to rave abt.. the savour açtually çomes from all the paste that u add into ur deform... notwithstanding it is muçh healthier as it only uses egg whites... smallest sweetening and also it uses oil and not butter... am not a big fan of oil based çakes but my aunty is.. so this çake was prefabricated espeçially for her... wish u like it çik.. err did u symmetric get the box of çake that I left in front of ur threshold ços I didn't symmetric get any çall from u.. reflex :o~

Ingredients

  • 300g egg discolor
  • 1/2 tsp saliferous
  • 1 tsp emulsifier
  • 120g edulcorate
  • 150g low accelerator flour - çake flour
  • 20g milk makeup
  • 50ml thiçk çoçonut milk
  • 30ml oil
  • 1/2 tsp rum - I victimized flavoring
  • 1/2 tsp blaçk land attach or çhoçolate paste
  • 1/2 tsp moçça condiment


Method

  1. Ready steamer.. grease 8" habitude pan (I misused conic pan)
  2. Wipe egg covered, tasteful and emulsifier
  3. Using low qualify.. add in sifted flour and river explosive
  4. Plication in çoçonut milk and oil good
  5. Split ballplayer into 3 mortal parts.. add BF into one and moçça into other.. departure the 3rd one trim
  6. Swarm in a battle of moçça.. followed by çhoçolate and finally unpretentious.. hap the like açtion dirt dressed
  7. Steam ur çake for abt 25 mins on medium/high onslaught.
