Ingredients
Meatloaf
1 lb Ground Chicken2 Cups Chopped Spinach
1 egg
3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Small Onion
Sauce
1/4 Cup Sugar Reduced Ketchup1 tsp Sriracha
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sukrin Gold
1 tsp vinegar
Sprinkle Garlic, optional
Instructions
- heat up kitchen appliance to 350
- combine ground chicken, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, and onion in giant bowl
- Spray giant quick bread pan with non stick spray or use semiconducting material quick bread pan
- Fill every cup halfway full with mixture
- In medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients along
- Spoon over dish cups feat a bit for serving
- Cook cups for 45-50 minutes or till roasted through
- prime with remaining sauce and serve hot
