- 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium beef broth

Directions
- Sprinkle cuts with steak seasoning. in a very massive frypan, heat butter over medium heat. Add steaks; cook 4-5 minutes on all sides or till meat reaches desired doneness. take away steaks from pan.
- Add mushrooms to skillet; cook and stir over medium-high heat till tender. Add broth, stirring to loosen tanned bits from pan. Stir in cream, condiment and seasoner. awaken a boil; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or till sauce is slightly thickened.
- come steaks to pan; communicate coat and warmth through. Stir in chives.
