- 4 slices bacon diced
- 1/2 Brown Onion diced
- 5 ounces Gruyere Cheese grated
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Light Whipping Cream 35% milkfat
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 pinch White Pepper
Instructions
Base
