Ingredients
- 1/4cupbutter
- 1/2cuponionchopped
- 2clovesgarlicfinely chopped
- 1/4cupflour
- 112 oz. can evaporated milk
- 114.5 oz. can chicken broth
- 1/2lb.ground pork sausagecooked and drained
- 115.5 oz. can undrained cannellini beans
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- soften butter in medium cooking pan.
- Add onion and garlic; cook for one to a pair of minutes whereas stirring sometimes or till onion is tender.
- Stir in flour.
- Slowly add the milk and broth whereas stirring perpetually.
- Once the mixture involves a whole boil, add sausage and beans.
- Heat through, and season with salt and pepper.
