- mix butter, refined sugar and honey in a very sauce pan over medium heat, stirring sometimes till you have simply reach a boil.
- take away the pan from the warmth, stir within the pecans and put aside to chill whereas you prepare your cookies.
Cookies
- heat kitchen appliance to 350 degrees; prepare baking sheet
- In a bowl, beat sugar and butter till well incorporated
- Add flour and continue beating till well combineed; dough are breakable don't over mix
- Knead dough together with your fingers into one in. balls, roll them in sugar, then form them into disks. Press your finger into the center of the dough to create a well, nearly to very cheap of the cookie
- Place cookies on ready baking sheet , regarding one to a pair of inches apart
- Bake for eight minutes, take away from kitchen appliance
