Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp low fat milk
- 1 tbsp almond flour lightly packed
- 1 tbsp coconut flour lightly packed
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds optional
Directions:
- heat up kitchen appliance to 350°F. in a very tiny bowl, mix all of the ingredients except benny seeds. Stir with atiny low whisk till totally combined and swish.
- gently grease a 4-inch ramekin. Pour batter into a ramekin. If the surface is uneven, swish with a spatula. Sprinkle benny seeds across the surface.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or till the surface of the bread springs back once touched instead of sinking in. Mine was done at around 17-18 minutes. Let bread cool slightly. Use a spatula to loosen the bread from the perimeters of the ramekin. Slice bread bread in [*fr1] and fill with ingredients of your alternative.
