Ingredients
- 1 box Pillsbury Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix
- 8 oz. fat free Cool Whip
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
Instructions
- heat kitchen appliance to 350 degrees F.
- during a massive bowl mix ready-mix, Cool Whip and egg. combine along till well blending.
- place powder sugar during a bowl.
- Spray a baking sheet with non-stick change of state spray. Use a cookie scoop to induce a ball of dough, then drop it into the powder sugar. Roll the dough round the sugar, then place onto the baking sheet.
- Repeat till you have got twenty four cookies.
- Bake cookies 9-13 minutes.
