Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsweetened dutch cocoa
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- heat up kitchen appliance to 350 degrees. cowl baking sheet with polymer mat or parchment paper.
- In tiny bowl mix your flour, leavening and salt. In medium bowl mix dutch cocoa, sugars, sugar and vegetable oil. Beat eggs in one at a time and stir in your vanilla.
- Slowly stir flour mixture into cocoa mixture. Once combined cowl bowl with wrap and place within the icebox for 30-45 minutes.
