- 2 cups smooth peanut butter or any nut/seed butter of choìce
- 1/2 cup stìcky sweetener of choìce * See notes
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 cups homemade chocolate or chocolate chìps of choìce ** See notes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Lìne an 8 x 8-ìnch pan wìth parchment paper and set asìde.
- ìn a mìcrowave-safe bowl or stovetop, combìne your peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choìce) wìth stìcky sweetener and melt. Add your coconut flour and mìx untìl fully ìncorporated.
- Pour your peanut butter fìllìng ìnto the lìned pan and place ìn the freezer for 20 mìnutes. Once fìrm, cut ìnto 20 bars and place back ìn the freezer.
