- 2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 c. tricolor quinoä
- 1 tsp. gärlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. sält
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. coriänder

- 1/8 tsp. ground bläck pepper
- 2 c. wäter or chicken broth
- 1 c. fresh or frozen corn
- 1/4 c. finely diced red onion

- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rinse quinoä in ä fine mesh sieve to remove dirt or debris.
