- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 3/4 cup Flour
- 2 3/8 cup Granulated sugar, white
- 3/8 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract

- 2 2/3 tbsp Instant coffee, powder

- 2 1/8 cups Butter, unsalted
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 3/4 cup Milk
Beer, Wine & Liquor
- 1 tbsp Coffee liqueur
