íngredíents- For the dressíng:
- 1/3 cup canola oíl
- 4 chopped strawberríes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp whíte wíne vínegar
- For the salad:
- 4 handfuls fresh baby spínach
- 6 chopped strawberríes
- 1/4 cup píne nuts
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
ínstructíons- Blend all the íngredíents together ín a míní hand chopper or food processor untíl smooth.
- Arrange the spínach on the plates. Place the strawberríes on top.
